General Manager; New York

In his role as General Manager, Bryan leads the operations, finance, and administrative functions that enable Afton’s consultants to focus on what they do best: delivering excellent service to client partners. He is responsible for building and sustaining the infrastructure that supports the Afton team’s work, including financial management, human resources, technology, and vendor relationships. 

Bryan joined Afton in 2023 as a fractional Director of Operations and Administration, bringing experience from a career supporting mission-driven organizations. He has held leadership roles at the Center for Learner Equity, City Year National, City Year Boston, and the University of Rochester. Bryan brings a track record of making ambitious ideas operational and building the conditions for teams to succeed. 

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and an MBA in finance, both from the University of Rochester.
