Afton Partners

Clare Zaytoun is a Senior Associate in Afton’s Charter Finance practice, supporting projects that assist charter networks to achieve and maintain financial sustainability. Having previously worked as a charter school teacher, Clare is passionate about helping schools provide quality education to all students.

Prior to joining Afton, Clare worked as a founding teacher for two charter schools in New York City. In addition to teaching, she also served as a grade team chair and teacher coach. Before teaching, Clare worked as an investment banking analyst for Rockefeller Capital Management.

Clare holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Public Policy with a concentration in Education Policy from Brown University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and training for various triathlons and road races.
