Crystal Roman is an Analyst at Afton Partners and part of the 2023 Education Finance Analyst program. Crystal supports Afton’s charter school finance initiatives and helps contribute towards Afton’s fiscal sustainability and funding policy initiatives with school districts and state education & early childhood agencies. Crystal joined Afton after 4 years serving in special projects roles at Uncommon Schools. Crystal is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and is a former charter school student.
