Yesha Shah is an Analyst at Afton Partners and part of the 2023 Education Finance Analyst program. Yesha supports Afton’s charter school finance initiatives and helps contribute towards Afton’s fiscal sustainability and funding policy initiatives with school districts and state education & early childhood agencies. Yesha joined Afton for its impact on charter schools and its influence on aiding schools in promoting educational equity. Prior to joining Afton, Yesha earned her BA in Economics and Finance at Valdosta State University. She recently also received her MS in Financial Analysis at Rutgers University and is a former charter school student.
