Afton’s core strength in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides the foundation for our efforts to build equitable, effective, and sustainable systems. Our FP&A work looks different for different initiatives. We use many different types of financial models and tools, and we work with you to understand your context and apply a customized approach. This may include cost modeling to understand the cost drivers of services or cost implications of strategies; budgeting and financial projection modeling to understand funding levels needed and risks to program sustainability; or resource equity analysis to assess the current state of resourcing equity and how policy changes may enhance or hinder equity.
